I've cooked professionally for over 30 years, and was trained in Classical French style through culinary school.
I love cooking tasty, nourishing food for people and have since I can remember.Specializing in a wide variety of world comfort foods, Weather that be French, Thai, Mexican, Indian, American comfort classics, etc. I'm also familiar with many diets and dietary restrictions and enjoy bringing the joy of good food to people who may have lost it because of these dietary restrictions, I welcome requests and feedback and am primarily concerned with bringing you food that will satisfy your pallet and the health needs of you and your family.
